BULGARIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enjoy free shipping on all orders in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

Delivery time – up to 2 working days.<\/p>\n

EUROPEAN UNION and UK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 250 Euro.<\/p>\n

For orders below 250 Euro, the shipping cost is 17 Euro.<\/p>\n

Delivery time – from 3 up to 10 working days depending on destination.<\/p>\n

\nRETURNS or EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You can claim a return or an exchange of your order within 14 days from the delivery date.<\/p>\n

For a refund or exchange, please first contact us at buchi.ania@gmail.com <\/strong>for authorisation. We will then give you further instructions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The return must be send within 5 working days from the date of the authorisation.<\/p>\n

Your purchase must be returned unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for the return and the cost of shipping.<\/p>\n

Note: Returns are not applicable during sale period.<\/p>\n


\nREFUNDS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Refunds consist of the price paid for the items purchased from us, excluding the cost of shipping.<\/p>\n

All refunds are made in Euros.<\/p>\n

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the arrival date of the returned item(s) at our head office to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.<\/p>\n
