SHIPPING

BULGARIA

Enjoy free shipping on all orders in Bulgaria.

Delivery time – up to 2 working days.

EUROPEAN UNION and UK

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 250 Euro.

For orders below 250 Euro, the shipping cost is 17 Euro.

Delivery time – from 3 up to 10 working days depending on destination.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES

You can claim a return or an exchange of your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

For a refund or exchange, please first contact us at buchi.ania@gmail.com for authorisation. We will then give you further instructions.

The return must be send within 5 working days from the date of the authorisation.

Your purchase must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the return and the cost of shipping.

Note: Returns are not applicable during sale period.

REFUNDS

Refunds consist of the price paid for the items purchased from us, excluding the cost of shipping.

All refunds are made in Euros.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the arrival date of the returned item(s) at our head office to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.

GENERAL

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and need up to 10 days for shipment, depending on destination.
Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified for the tracking number of your order via email.
We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
All orders are processed during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays (including Bulgarian National Holidays).
